Lia has worked exceptionally close with her students during this special time of remote learning. In order to promote reading, Lia worked with her parents and students in organizing a reading competition by having students submit videos of them reading in their spare time. Her efforts with her students is a strong example of going above and beyond expectations.

向琴老師作為年輕教師,她有一種恬靜的氣質(zhì),每一次的工作都是嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真的對(duì)待,從來(lái)不打折扣,這個(gè)疫情期間讓老師們居家辦公,身懷六甲的向琴老師仍然拋開(kāi)自己懷孕等反應(yīng),每節(jié)課都在線跟著班級(jí)學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí),細(xì)心觀察班級(jí)里每一位同學(xué)的上課狀態(tài),及時(shí)對(duì)個(gè)別學(xué)生進(jìn)行心理疏導(dǎo),積極引導(dǎo)學(xué)生線上與各科老師互動(dòng),養(yǎng)成居家生活的好習(xí)慣。為了讓學(xué)生們?cè)谒脑路莸木€上課中能夠有書(shū)看,向琴老師回學(xué)校整理班級(jí)中上學(xué)期留下的書(shū)籍給學(xué)生們,樓上樓下一人一包裹的搬運(yùn)著,沒(méi)有跟學(xué)校提出自己的困難。在德育處馮紫微老師的協(xié)助下,將學(xué)生們要使用的教材都搬運(yùn)指定地點(diǎn),交接給教務(wù)處。這種無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)、默默無(wú)聞的精神感動(dòng)著每一名學(xué)生,感動(dòng)著每一位家長(zhǎng)。

另一方面,突如嚴(yán)重的疫情使各省市都嚴(yán)防控制,這打亂了侯老師和家人原本的計(jì)劃。家里老人因?yàn)榉饴窡o(wú)法到北京,此時(shí)對(duì)于一周歲孩子的媽媽侯老師來(lái)說(shuō),有些許慌亂。她一邊忙著線上授課,一邊忙著照顧孩子,愛(ài)人因?yàn)閺?fù)工需要到公司值崗。更讓人意想不到的是,一天的中午孩子從床上摔倒地上,造成了手指多處骨折。此刻的侯老師每天跑醫(yī)院帶孩子接骨復(fù)查輸液,然而線上的家長(zhǎng)和孩子們還需要她,她怎么辦?想到這里,她為了不讓孩子們耽誤課,跟學(xué)校提出了辭職。在教學(xué)和德育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持和幫助下,侯老師克服了困難,白天在醫(yī)院里上課,夜里孩子睡著后備課,一項(xiàng)工作也沒(méi)有耽誤。
侯老師幾次提到這件事都哽咽不語(yǔ),克服了種種條件限制的困難,熬到孩子出院居家觀察。隨著疫情得到控制,有家里人來(lái)幫忙照看孩子,她終于能輕松的在晚上睡幾個(gè)好覺(jué)了。身為老師,也許在生活中扮演著多重角色,但是教育者獨(dú)有的責(zé)任和擔(dān)當(dāng),只有身懷感恩的老師,方能走遠(yuǎn)。

So Mr. Hou had to take her baby to the hospital every day for infusion. At this moment, the students and parents in her class still needed her. What could she do? In order to ensure the course quality and avoid affecting students' learning progress, she decided to resign. With the academic and moral director’s support, she overcame the difficulties. During the day, she taught online in the hospital and prepared lessons after her baby fell asleep at night. Everything has been done excellently.
Mrs. Hou mentioned this with a lump in her throat. She overcame the difficulties of various conditions. Her baby has left the hospital for home observation. The outbreak is coming under control. Her family members came to help to look after the baby, so she can finally have a good night’s sleep. 從一年級(jí)開(kāi)始帶領(lǐng)本班學(xué)生的四年時(shí)間里,喬雪老師工作態(tài)度端正,工作細(xì)致。四年中,喬老師曾多次榮獲金牌班主任獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng),班級(jí)也在校級(jí)各項(xiàng)比賽中取得過(guò)很多傲人的成績(jī)。班級(jí)主要是外教授課,一些后轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)來(lái)的學(xué)生英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,喬老師經(jīng)常會(huì)非常耐心的給學(xué)生們做好翻譯工作,給予家長(zhǎng)更科學(xué)、全面的指導(dǎo)。正是因?yàn)閱汤蠋煴S幸活w做教育的初心,“堅(jiān)信每一個(gè)孩子都是最美的花朵”,班級(jí)學(xué)習(xí)氛圍愈加濃厚,班級(jí)凝聚力越來(lái)越強(qiáng)。

寒假本應(yīng)該是喬老師待產(chǎn)、休產(chǎn)假,可以和家人孩子獨(dú)享清閑的時(shí)間。而恰逢春節(jié)期間,中國(guó)的疫情正在緊要關(guān)頭,全國(guó)人民居家隔離。2月17日就要開(kāi)始網(wǎng)絡(luò)授課,老師們需要提前一周的時(shí)間自學(xué)并指導(dǎo)家長(zhǎng)如何使用在線學(xué)習(xí)軟件。學(xué)校受疫情影響一直沒(méi)有應(yīng)聘到合適的接班老師,因此學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)考慮到先找一位金牌班主任兼顧兩個(gè)班級(jí)的線上管理,德育處閆主任于生產(chǎn)當(dāng)天和喬老師取得聯(lián)系,勸說(shuō)喬老師要以身體和寶寶為重,工作有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事,可以放心。而身為班主任的喬老師,深知線上工作同事不了解本班情況和學(xué)生學(xué)情,擔(dān)憂同事們承受過(guò)重的壓力,因此喬老師依然回復(fù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),可以堅(jiān)持帶班,家人也可以幫忙。從2月17日線上授課開(kāi)始,她的愛(ài)人就一直跟著她學(xué)習(xí)我校線上管理和軟件使用,直至今日,在家人的支持下,喬老師的每一項(xiàng)工作都完成的非常及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確。這樣優(yōu)秀的老師,讓學(xué)校感到驕傲;作為老師,她不畏困難的精神一直感染著本班學(xué)生和同事們。

費(fèi)爾蒙特八年級(jí)班主任劉晶老師,在網(wǎng)課期間,堅(jiān)持每天8:00上線,提醒學(xué)生們整理內(nèi)務(wù),8:15開(kāi)始進(jìn)入會(huì)議室?guī)ьI(lǐng)學(xué)生們進(jìn)行線上鍛煉,按照我校個(gè)性化中心提供的鍛煉視頻,親自帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生積極參與健身操,讓居家學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生們能夠在清晨活力滿滿。另外,在日常與家長(zhǎng)溝通的過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)了家長(zhǎng)們對(duì)學(xué)生的視力尤其擔(dān)心,劉晶老師向德育處賴主任尋求幫助,及時(shí)調(diào)整了學(xué)生的作息,每天上下午分別安排了一次眼保健操,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在課間時(shí)間向窗外遠(yuǎn)眺,緩解視疲勞,進(jìn)而保證了學(xué)生們的用眼健康。疫情期間,除了學(xué)生們焦躁以外,家長(zhǎng)們也有自己的困惑,尤其是面對(duì)正處于青春期的初二年級(jí)的學(xué)生,親子關(guān)系在疫情期間格外緊張。在了解到一些家庭出現(xiàn)親子矛盾時(shí),劉老師利用放學(xué)后的時(shí)間,共同邀請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生,在不同的空間和不同的設(shè)備進(jìn)行家校生“三方會(huì)談”,耐心梳理親子矛盾。緩和親子關(guān)系,共同樹(shù)立健康良好的成長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)。每天第六節(jié)課課后,費(fèi)爾蒙特八年級(jí)的學(xué)生仍然需要在會(huì)議室上一節(jié)晚自習(xí),完成當(dāng)天作業(yè),并且再次進(jìn)行體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的鍛煉,進(jìn)而保證了每日的運(yùn)動(dòng)量。在每周一的晚自習(xí)時(shí)間,劉晶老師都會(huì)給學(xué)生們進(jìn)行主題班會(huì)的講解,針對(duì)當(dāng)前疫情的發(fā)展情況和熱門(mén)話題,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨(dú)立思考的能力,并與他人分享自己的觀點(diǎn),幫助學(xué)生形成正向的三觀。

During the epidemic, not only the students were anxious, but also the parents had their own confusion, especially when they face to the students who are in grade 8, the parent-child relationship was particularly tense. When Ms. Liu knew that some families have parent-child conflicts, she spent the time after school to invite parents and students to have communication between three of them, and patiently sorted out the parent-child conflicts. She helped to relieve the relationship between parents and their children, and set up healthy and good growth goals together. After the sixth class every day, the eighth grade students in Fairmont still need to have a night study class in the conference room to complete the homework of the day, and do physical exercise again, so as to ensure the daily exercise volume. In the evening of each Monday, Ms. Liu Jing would explain the main topic of the class meeting to her students. Through the development of the current epidemic situation and hot topics, she cultivated the ability of students to think independently, and led students to share their opinions with each other, and help students form a positive three socialistic concepts.
此外,劉晶老師同時(shí)還是七年級(jí)和八年級(jí)的中方英語(yǔ)教師,劉老師堅(jiān)持每天給學(xué)生們進(jìn)行聽(tīng)寫(xiě),批改,糾錯(cuò)。短短一個(gè)月的時(shí)間,兩個(gè)年級(jí)的學(xué)生已經(jīng)積累了近1000個(gè)單詞。同時(shí),每周根據(jù)學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)和德育表現(xiàn),劉老師課后與學(xué)生進(jìn)行一對(duì)一談話,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生的品行和學(xué)業(yè)共同進(jìn)步。將德育工作和教學(xué)工作一起抓,并分別給班級(jí)的國(guó)際生和義務(wù)生樹(shù)立下一步的的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),指導(dǎo)不同的升學(xué)方向,及時(shí)解決家長(zhǎng)們的問(wèn)題,幫家長(zhǎng)們排憂解難。盡管不能面對(duì)面的進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)工作,但是云課堂期間,班級(jí)學(xué)生無(wú)一掉隊(duì),全員積極參與,獲得了家長(zhǎng)們的一致好評(píng)。
劉老師還犧牲周末休息時(shí)間,到學(xué)校給全校家長(zhǎng)學(xué)生錄制親子關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共課,播出后收到積極反響。

龍宇飛老師在抗疫網(wǎng)課期間,一人承擔(dān)兩個(gè)班級(jí)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)管理工作,每天的早上在兩班家長(zhǎng)群中發(fā)布提示信息,提醒學(xué)生們?cè)缙?,早鍛煉,?zhǔn)備上課。每天早上組織兩個(gè)班學(xué)生的班級(jí)晨會(huì),語(yǔ)文、英語(yǔ)早讀,全天跟隨學(xué)生課堂,了解學(xué)生的課堂動(dòng)向,組織學(xué)生課間體育鍛煉和眼保健操活動(dòng)。注重班級(jí)管理細(xì)節(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)別學(xué)生遲到、晚到、不到等現(xiàn)象,第一時(shí)間聯(lián)系學(xué)生,給予提醒。連續(xù)出現(xiàn)同種現(xiàn)象,及時(shí)與家長(zhǎng)溝通,協(xié)商一起妥善解決問(wèn)題。

加強(qiáng)兩個(gè)班學(xué)生的管理,避免學(xué)生情緒的大波動(dòng),多給予學(xué)生鼓勵(lì),不落下任何一名學(xué)生!
