擁有13年以上教學及管理工作經驗。
曾任職于多所國際學校學術副校長。
具備英美國際課程IB,AP,IG和A Level全流程學術管理經驗。
具備國家課程與國際課程融合課程開發(fā)建設管理經驗，以及中外師資管理學生管理的專業(yè)實操經驗。

亞足聯B級教練員。
曾兩次入選國家隊青年女足。
曾獲山東省運會冠軍、全國城市運動會冠軍、全國女足超級聯賽亞軍。
曾受邀成為呼家樓中心小學、三帆中學朝陽學校、星河實驗國美家園校區(qū)特聘體育老師及足球校隊主教練，多次帶領隊伍取得區(qū)級、市級比賽冠亞、8強等優(yōu)異成績。
出任多家足球俱樂部青訓隊伍主教練，多次帶領隊伍取得市級聯賽、杯賽，全國聯賽、杯賽的優(yōu)異成績。
