  向琴老師作為年輕教師,她有一種恬靜的氣質,每一次的工作都是嚴肅認真的對待,從來不打折扣,這個疫情期間讓老師們居家辦公,身懷六甲的向琴老師仍然拋開自己懷孕等反應,每節(jié)課都在線跟著班級學生們學習,細心觀察班級里每一位同學的上課狀態(tài),及時對個別學生進行心理疏導,積極引導學生線上與各科老師互動,養(yǎng)成居家生活的好習慣。為了讓學生們在四月份的線上課中能夠有書看,向琴老師回學校整理班級中上學期留下的書籍給學生們,樓上樓下一人一包裹的搬運著,沒有跟學校提出自己的困難。在德育處馮紫微老師的協助下,將學生們要使用的教材都搬運指定地點,交接給教務處。這種無私奉獻、默默無聞的精神感動著每一名學生,感動著每一位家長。

  向琴老師曾多次榮獲我校金牌班主任榮譽稱號,對待上級領導交代的工作總是第一時間完成,從不畏懼困難。疫情期間的云家訪工作,逐一采用打電話方式溝通,非常有儀式感的完成了摸查學生情況,對待個別學生想盡辦法找學生的興趣愛好,幫助他們一點點改變。她說通過云網力量,幫助學生們養(yǎng)成一天的好習慣就是成功的,在今后的教育道路上,相信有這種勤懇認真、吃苦耐勞的精神,一定會培養(yǎng)出更多樸實、善良的學生。

  身為學校的老員工,侯老師一直以嚴格標準要求自己,對待工作一絲不茍,曾多次受到家長的表揚。面對幼小銜接的學生,這些可能連網絡都不懂的小家伙們要開始線上教育學習了,這讓學生們充滿了無數的疑問和期待。身為老師,突然轉變?yōu)榫€上授課形式,侯老師充滿了壓力。不強制學生上網課,面對有學習意愿的學生要積極鼓勵和引導。在學校里上課老師可以和學生們游戲互動調動學習熱情,改為線上授課后,侯老師想盡一切辦法錄制一些有意思的小視頻來調動學生積極性,每天堅持在線答疑,讓學生們居家不孤單。

  另一方面,突如嚴重的疫情使各省市都嚴防控制,這打亂了侯老師和家人原本的計劃。家里老人因為封路無法到北京,此時對于一周歲孩子的媽媽侯老師來說,有些許慌亂。她一邊忙著線上授課,一邊忙著照顧孩子,愛人因為復工需要到公司值崗。更讓人意想不到的是,一天的中午孩子從床上摔倒地上,造成了手指多處骨折。此刻的侯老師每天跑醫(yī)院帶孩子接骨復查輸液,然而線上的家長和孩子們還需要她,她怎么辦?想到這里,她為了不讓孩子們耽誤課,跟學校提出了辭職。在教學和德育領導的支持和幫助下,侯老師克服了困難,白天在醫(yī)院里上課,夜里孩子睡著后備課,一項工作也沒有耽誤。

  侯老師幾次提到這件事都哽咽不語,克服了種種條件限制的困難,熬到孩子出院居家觀察。隨著疫情得到控制,有家里人來幫忙照看孩子,她終于能輕松的在晚上睡幾個好覺了。身為老師,也許在生活中扮演著多重角色,但是教育者獨有的責任和擔當,只有身懷感恩的老師,方能走遠。

  從一年級開始帶領本班學生的四年時間里,喬雪老師工作態(tài)度端正,工作細致。四年中,喬老師曾多次榮獲金牌班主任獎項,班級也在校級各項比賽中取得過很多傲人的成績。班級主要是外教授課,一些后轉進來的學生英語基礎薄弱,喬老師經常會非常耐心的給學生們做好翻譯工作,給予家長更科學、全面的指導。正是因為喬老師保有一顆做教育的初心,“堅信每一個孩子都是最美的花朵”,班級學習氛圍愈加濃厚,班級凝聚力越來越強。

  寒假本應該是喬老師待產、休產假,可以和家人孩子獨享清閑的時間。而恰逢春節(jié)期間,中國的疫情正在緊要關頭,全國人民居家隔離。2月17日就要開始網絡授課,老師們需要提前一周的時間自學并指導家長如何使用在線學習軟件。學校受疫情影響一直沒有應聘到合適的接班老師,因此學校領導考慮到先找一位金牌班主任兼顧兩個班級的線上管理,德育處閆主任于生產當天和喬老師取得聯系,勸說喬老師要以身體和寶寶為重,工作有領導和同事,可以放心。而身為班主任的喬老師,深知線上工作同事不了解本班情況和學生學情,擔憂同事們承受過重的壓力,因此喬老師依然回復領導,可以堅持帶班,家人也可以幫忙。從2月17日線上授課開始,她的愛人就一直跟著她學習我校線上管理和軟件使用,直至今日,在家人的支持下,喬老師的每一項工作都完成的非常及時準確。這樣優(yōu)秀的老師,讓學校感到驕傲;作為老師,她不畏困難的精神一直感染著本班學生和同事們。

  費爾蒙特八年級班主任劉晶老師,在網課期間,堅持每天8:00上線,提醒學生們整理內務,8:15開始進入會議室?guī)ьI學生們進行線上鍛煉,按照我校個性化中心提供的鍛煉視頻,親自帶領學生積極參與健身操,讓居家學習的學生們能夠在清晨活力滿滿。另外,在日常與家長溝通的過程中,發(fā)現了家長們對學生的視力尤其擔心,劉晶老師向德育處賴主任尋求幫助,及時調整了學生的作息,每天上下午分別安排了一次眼保健操,引導學生在課間時間向窗外遠眺,緩解視疲勞,進而保證了學生們的用眼健康。疫情期間,除了學生們焦躁以外,家長們也有自己的困惑,尤其是面對正處于青春期的初二年級的學生,親子關系在疫情期間格外緊張。在了解到一些家庭出現親子矛盾時,劉老師利用放學后的時間,共同邀請家長和學生,在不同的空間和不同的設備進行家校生“三方會談”,耐心梳理親子矛盾。緩和親子關系,共同樹立健康良好的成長目標。每天第六節(jié)課課后,費爾蒙特八年級的學生仍然需要在會議室上一節(jié)晚自習,完成當天作業(yè),并且再次進行體育運動的鍛煉,進而保證了每日的運動量。在每周一的晚自習時間,劉晶老師都會給學生們進行主題班會的講解,針對當前疫情的發(fā)展情況和熱門話題,培養(yǎng)學生獨立思考的能力,并與他人分享自己的觀點,幫助學生形成正向的三觀。

  此外,劉晶老師同時還是七年級和八年級的中方英語教師,劉老師堅持每天給學生們進行聽寫,批改,糾錯。短短一個月的時間,兩個年級的學生已經積累了近1000個單詞。同時,每周根據學生的學業(yè)和德育表現,劉老師課后與學生進行一對一談話,引導學生的品行和學業(yè)共同進步。將德育工作和教學工作一起抓,并分別給班級的國際生和義務生樹立下一步的的學習目標,指導不同的升學方向,及時解決家長們的問題,幫家長們排憂解難。盡管不能面對面的進行教育教學工作,但是云課堂期間,班級學生無一掉隊,全員積極參與,獲得了家長們的一致好評。

  劉老師還犧牲周末休息時間,到學校給全校家長學生錄制親子關系網絡公共課,播出后收到積極反響。

  何欣老師在疫情期間班級管理細致到位,每天早讀早會期間充分利用寶貴的時間對學生進行思想教育及時疏導有情緒的同學,保證了網課開始至今班級缺勤率和遲到早退均為0,且學生網課狀態(tài)始終保持良好。家校溝通方面何欣老師保證每周與學生家長微信一對一溝通一次,及時了解學生居家學習狀況,與家長協作提高學生網課學習效率,實現了問卷調查0差評。

  在個人教育教學方面,充分利用網絡授課的優(yōu)勢方面,給學生帶來了新穎的課堂內容,充分抓住學生的興趣點,提高了網絡課堂質量。并且每天晚上抽出兩個小時時間組織班級學生集體完成當日作業(yè),提高了學生作業(yè)效率和作業(yè)質量。讓學生在網課期間收獲頗多。

  龍宇飛老師在抗疫網課期間,一人承擔兩個班級學生的學習管理工作,每天的早上在兩班家長群中發(fā)布提示信息,提醒學生們早起,早鍛煉,準備上課。每天早上組織兩個班學生的班級晨會,語文、英語早讀,全天跟隨學生課堂,了解學生的課堂動向,組織學生課間體育鍛煉和眼保健操活動。注重班級管理細節(jié),發(fā)現個別學生遲到、晚到、不到等現象,第一時間聯系學生,給予提醒。連續(xù)出現同種現象,及時與家長溝通,協商一起妥善解決問題。
