揚帆遠航、學有所獲

為促進儋州英語教育的發(fā)展，提高儋州小學英語教師的教學水平。在儋州市教育局和儋州市教育研究培訓院的大力支持下，我們到北京開啟了為期一周的跟崗學習培訓之旅。In order to promote the development of English education in Danzhou and improve the teaching level of English teachers in primary schools in Danzhou. With the strong support of the Danzhou Education Bureau and the Danzhou Education Research and Training Institute, we started a week's on-the-job study and training trip to Beijing.

今天是跟崗學習第一天，我們的任務(wù)安排得滿滿，收獲大大！都有哪些任務(wù)呢？

In his speech, President Liu felt his strong personal charisma. He warmly welcomed us and sincerely hoped that we could learn more experience and apply it here.

王正俊校長致辭并對我們一周的學習提出要求。

President Wang Zhengjun delivered a speech and asked for our week's study.

最后，吳毅主任對我們諄諄囑托，殷切希望我們珍惜機會，努力學習，嚴格要求自己。

小結(jié)：

     一天的跟崗學習已結(jié)束，在這里感受到了這個學校濃厚的中外文化氣息和課堂上學生脫口而出的英語震撼著我們。也思考著自己教學上的差異和不足。

Summary:

    The day's on-the-job study is over, and we are shocked by the school's strong cultural atmosphere at home and abroad and the students'blurting out English in class. I also think about the differences and deficiencies in my teaching.
